To enhance its short term rental product 138SL has added a multipurpose room facility that can accommodate up to 150 persons.
138SL showcased its Gerald Lalor Flats to sporting associations at a Cocktail Reception held on December 02, 2016. Guest were given a guided tour of the facilities and positive feedback received.
Resident of 138 Student Living, Oswald Smith and third year computer science student as reported in the February 28, 2016 edition of the UWI MONA NOW was “responsible for writing a computer programme which has been making life easier for scores of Jamaica Urban Transit Company(JUTC) commuters”.
Oswald was invited to present his work at a conference in Santo Domingo. The UWI MONA NOW reported further that “since last year, commuters have been able to plan their routes using Google Transit on Google Maps, thanks to Smith’s
