Refund Policy

The following comprises the details of refund, cancellation and “no-show” of 138 Student Living Jamaica Limited (138SL) and applies to all online bookings via www.138studentliving.com

Once a booking is made using our website, your contract, which will include the Terms and Conditions, will be with 138SL. All rates featured on the 138SL website are subject to change and rooms are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy, Refund & No-Show

If a booking is cancelled up to fourteen days prior to arrival, there is a US$50 handling charge. Alternatively, if you change your plans prior to fourteen days to arrival, you may move your booking to an alternative date and apply your full deposit to that new date. For late cancellations less than fourteen days to arrival your deposit will be non refundable.

Refund and “No-Show”

138SL reserves the right to retain full deposit on “No-Show” bookings should the Company receive any previous confirmation regarding change of date prior to the arrival date in question.On cancellation of refundable bookings, the refund processing will take a period of two (2) to four (4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. The specified processing ti me is based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing ti me of the bank. The refund also depends on numerous factors such as 138SL’s cancellation policy, ti me of cancellation, processing fees etc.
